Iridia aims to keep its editorial pages accurate, dated and clear about uncertainty. A correction process gives readers a practical route to identify a factual error, a misleading omission, a broken attribution or a technical description that no longer reflects the source.
Not every disagreement is an error. Editorial interpretation, reasonable differences in emphasis and changes in a third-party source are reviewed separately from a verifiable factual mistake.

- Identify the page URL and the exact passage.
- Describe the issue in a concise, neutral way.
- Provide a source, date or record that supports the request.
- Explain whether the concern affects meaning, attribution or accessibility.
- Allow the editorial desk to compare the material and document its conclusion.
What makes a request useful
- Use the wording as it appears on the page.
- Distinguish a changed fact from a different opinion.
- Include the relevant unit, date, network or equipment model.
- Do not send passwords, wallet keys or unnecessary identity documents.

Iridia aims to acknowledge a complete request within 7 calendar days and provide an initial review within 30 days. Correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after closure under the privacy policy.
